Back in The Classroom 2023-2024
Hey yall, so I just ended my second week of being back in the classroom. And it's been off to a great start. Also my daughter Gianny has started VPK this year, and it's been exciting. Seeing her grow up so quick is bittersweet. I do enjoy getting her ready every morning, and picking out her outfits. We live close to the school, so it only takes me like 3 minutes to drop her off. Then I drive to work which is like another 3 minutes away. So everyhting is close to me this year. I remember when I used to communte 50 minutes to work monday-friday. That was torture. I don't wish that on anyone. Life is getting much better for Gianny & I. It kind of doesn't feel real. I'm in such a better place. For the school year 2023-2024:Here are things I'm doing:
- Teaching Full Time
-Volunteering at the Hospice weekly
-Teaching Hospital Homebound weekly (Sick students that are homeschooled)
-Taking 11 credits of courses in the Fall semester
-Taking 8 credits of courses in the Spring semester
-Restudying for the MCAT
-Full time Mom
So basically a lot. So I probably will only be able to post on here once a month. I'll bring an update on how I'm juggling everything.
Here are a few pictures of Gianny's first week of VPK outfits.
