CAA Shadowing
Hey everyone!
I’ve noticed something exciting lately—my blog has been getting a lot more traffic! Specifically, posts about Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) seem to be attracting a lot of attention. It looks like a lot of the views are coming from TikTok, and every time a CAA-related video goes viral, my views jump. It’s pretty exciting, and I’m grateful for the extra exposure!
Next week, I’ll be shadowing another CAA to gain more experience. I already have 12 hours of shadowing under my belt, but with how competitive the application process is, I want to make sure I have plenty of shadowing hours just in case I need to reapply in the next cycle. I want my application to stand out and show that I’m still deeply committed to pursuing a career in Anesthesia.
The catch? I’ll be driving two hours to shadow this CAA, but I’m actually really looking forward to it! While I’m there, I’ll be filming a TikTok to share the experience, and I’ll also write a blog post about it. I’ll be comparing this new shadowing opportunity to my previous one, which should make for a really interesting perspective.
Stay tuned for both the TikTok video and the blog post—I can’t wait to share what I learn!
