Hello, February!
I can’t believe how fast time is flying—it feels like January was pure chaos! Now that we’re stepping into February, I don’t have any travel plans, but it’s still going to be a busy month for me.
Out of the 28 days in February, I only have four days off—crazy, right? This month, I have to get my Mercedes serviced, and I’m making time to visit my grandparents, which already takes up two of my weekends. The other two weekends will probably be filled with cleaning, laundry, meal prepping, grocery runs—you know, all the adulting essentials.
On top of that, I’m still waiting to hear back from a lot of schools, and the wait has been so long. Since applications open again in June, I’ve decided to start preparing now and reapply. That’s only four months away! I’ve also made the decision to retake the MCAT because a high score will make my application more competitive compared to an average GRE score.
It’s going to be a packed month, but I’m ready to tackle it!

Hi Ginny! I’ve been enjoying reading about your journey to become a CAA. Your perseverance is very inspiring. I too, would love to pursue this career. I am struggling with securing any shadowing opportunities, how did you go about finding those? I live in Florida and have contacted a number of hospitals with no luck.
